i woke at 11plus today.
no i didnt set alarm.
someone next block is blasting techno songs.
my bro is watching tvee.
my sis is singing something horrible i cant recognise.
irritating.

i looked out of the window..
& saw more windows and walls.
i looked up into the sky..
and saw antennas and blackbirds.
i looked downstairs..
and saw rubbish, cars, dirty concrete pavements and more rubbish.

told you 'm kampong-sick.

no, dont get me wrong.
'm happy to be back.. with friends, with nice toilets, with technology.
but i prefer to...
wake to the call of the cock and crickets..
feel the breeze of the surroundings...
see mountains, trees, grass..
hear the rushing and flowing of the water..
breathe in the scent of .. nature.

23rd Sept (Tuesday):
woke at 4.30am. -.-
bought cough syrup at 7-11 and cabbed to JE to meet with huijun.
UNCLE SCAMMED MY MONEYYY. FOURTEEN PLUS BUCKS. !@#@$@#$
kenneth's mom then sent us to the meeting place. :D

met up with the rest of the people and tribes.
i have sstm. :/
i dont really have a talent in recognising people. AHAHA
for 9hrs on bus, i partnered with boyfriend. :DD
& oh, of cos i brought bear bear along. HEEHEE.
&& i realised i forgot to activate my roaming service for phone. zzZzz

nice sceneries!
mountains, rivers, clouds, blue blue sky...
no HDB, no lanes, no ERP etc to block...
lorry couldnt start.. so we took van instead.
it was fun.. no proper cement roads.. no traffic lights..
honking at blind spots.. a little bumpy ride..
but still, its fun.

resort is like a mini Kampong.
no heater... :/ the water is not icy cold.. its FREEZING. SOMPAT!
toilet is.. scary. well, kinda.. me not used to it.. me no like.
mostly no reception for phone..
MOSQUITOES, sand flies...
&cos they generate own electricity.. there were black outs.
BUT..
its peaceful..
BEAUTIFUL..
SIMPLE...
very comfortable.. very.. contented?
&&.. very QUIET. (:

first time in my life i saw the whole sky filled with them.

24th Sept (Wednesday):
water rafting..
VERY FUN/EXCITING/AMAZING.
:DDDDDDDD
hahahah.
my team: xinyi, rui, rydwan, charles, nazim(guide) and me.
we are the strongest team! cos the guys very fit. hahaha
&oh, rui fell into water... before i could grab his hands.
cos i was stunned.. and could only grab his leg after that.
but too slippery and slipped off too. :/
i DID pull him up in the end..
err, not before he injured his knees.
SORRRRRRRY LARRRRRh.! :X

then we sat in lorry to waterfall.
ZOMG.
SUPER FUN!
though we felt like some pigs/lambs transported for slaughtering.
& anyway, 'm finally happy with my height.
i dont have to duck from brunches.
COS THEY CANT REACH ME. HAHHA.
a REAL waterfall for the first time in my life..
very... breathtaking.. very... nice.
very high though.. the climb up is enough to almost kill me.
very steep... i almost fall. -.-
and my legs turned jellies before my turn for abseiling.
i had to sit and sing to keep myself calm. zzZz
thank god charles was having his turn too. :DDD
i felt much safer hearing his voice somewhere..
even though i kept on slipping and knocking onto the walls.
i'm kinda irritated at the water rushing down on me.. cos its never ending.
but after a while.. i got used to it and enjoyed it. ahhaha
landed safely.. and realised a lot of ppl saw how i kept on slipping. :/
i got loads of blue-blacks to prove it!
then played with water.. its.. cold.. but warmer than bath. HAHAH
UBER SHOIK. && splashing water is funnnnnnnn.
walked back to resort..
&oh, i heard someone said dragonfruits grow on catus. HAHHAHHAHA
butterflies.. loads of them.. beautiful...
games.. and slept.

25th Sept (Thursday):

checked out of the resort..
went to cave by lorry. :DDDDDDDDDDD
SCENERIES!!!!!
caving is not bad..
jocob(aka goldfish aka facilitator)suggested to limit the number of torches used. so we split up into teams.. 1torch per team.
rui and rydwan are my team buddies.
i finally got to see many stuff mrs lew talked about in geog. :D
mud slides, crawling in water, going down the hole.. walking in the dark.
without torch, its pitch dark.. you couldnt even see your hands.
but 'm in safe hands.. hahahah. cos 'm walking in the middle.
i did knock head and back a few times though..
didnt know the ceiling was that low...zzZz
&& my torch floated away. ZZZZZZ
i held it in my mouth and was crawling through some space..
lifted my head higher.. just a little bit.. and BANG!
i opened my head to "ouchh!" and torch dropped out.
it floated towards rydwan and he laughed at me. -.-
got a fright when someone fall & hurt his KNEE. zzZ
caving helps me appreciate SUNLIGHT.
after 2hrs plus of being in the cave.. and then out in the open..
i felt as if i could photosynthesize. HAHAHHAH
then we checked in to hotel.

HOT BATHHHHHHHHHHH , debrief..
& FREEE TIME.
went to the mall..
boyfriend and me spent over 70rm at cold storage.
went back to hotel..
and i got sick.
didnt explore the night market. :/
fever..nauseous.. aching bones.. just.. uncomfortable.
boyfriend took care of me for about 4hrs straight through the night.
changing towels, taking my temp etc..
thank you. XD
as usual, i hate taking medicine.. esp bitter ones.
took me a while to finally accept them.
eeeeeeeeeeeek.
got better.. and chatted with huijun for about 1hr.. till 2am.

26th Sept (Friday):
had buffet for breakfast.
i had a hotdog, scramble eggs and a bit of bread pudding.
dont rlly feel like eating.
returned to room with huijun and called boyfriend's room.
johnson picked up and told me they on diet. -.-
but his voice actually brightened when i said buffet is nice.
and i heard he had 3plates of food. zzzzz
diet huh. HAHAH
hmm, boyfriend is sick. :/
down with diarrhoea and nauseous . :[
he probably got the germs from me. =[

video and certificate presentation.
final check and off we go.

9hrs back was almost hell.
a couple of other people were sick too.
no fever for me.. but i felt very uncomfortable..
boyfriend is nowhere better, worse actually.
but he still take care of me. zzZzz
his mum sent me home after dismissal. :D

before the show,
a superrrrrrr cute girl points at the stage and went "fishhhh" to me.
&& she calls me JIEJIE. hahahahahahah
zomg cuteeeeeee.
then during the show, a boy came up to me in the dark.
i opened the door for him, and he didnt move.
then he said LOUDLY:
"I WANT TO GO TOILET."
i was shocked by his voice.. people turned to stareee.
so i went:
"SHHHHHHHHHH. okey, go!" and opened the door and gave him a small nudge.
HAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHA.
after the show, a little boy stood infront of the entrance of the empty theatre.
then he looks at me, points towards the threatre and said:
"fishhhhhhhhh."
i told him:
"fish went home alrdy."
"fishh no more." *questioning look*
"yeah, fish went back orhorh alrdy."
"fishh no more."
"yeahh, fish no more." *smiles*
"bye fishh." *cute look in eyes*
& then repeated a few more times... waved his hands and even gave a goodbye kiss.
ZOMG. ahahahhahahahahah. he even wanted to run back before leaving. i think he still wanna say a final goodbye to fishhhhh. cuteeeeeee!

right, i have enough shock/surprises to last me for today.
justin wee called,
and my face was o.o when i saw his name flashing on my phone.
picked up the call..
& when he said dinner, my face was O.O
&& when he mentioned quek shou jun,
my jaws literally dropped open.
HAHAHAHAHAHAH.
yeahh, should be going dinner with them laters.

anyway;
having a lot of mooncake at home is no good.
i've becoming lazier and lazier in cooking stuff.
i could just grab a couple of mooncake,
and off i go... or sit munching them infront of lappy.

he told me :

poly marina was great.
met up with my tribe mates,
some for the first time.
was "rafting" in some boat.
hi-la-rious.
still got tau-pok, where we have to lean to one side of the raft.
if whole raft capsize, i think i will die.
cos, i'd laugh and couldnt breathe.
i did jetty jump again, the lower one.
'll do the higher one next sem. hahahaha
went to buy paint and cloth for flag..
and i wandered off to the bakery next door.
bought FOOOOD, 6 cute little pig-shaped biscuits.
in the end, two girls got physco-ed and bought them too.

been going do volunteer work with mister tan past couple of days.
KIDSSSSSSS. ZOMG.

THEY ARE SO PORTABLE.. and looks like it.
Its superrrr funny to see two little kids clinging onto the door like feathers or smth. eh, they were trying so hard to push it open actually.
Its more funny to see a group of girls staring at the the tap helplessly.. as if they were wishing and praying water would come running out. HAHAHAH. its okeeey, they will grow someday. :D
Kids been to snow city too many times.. indoor snow not enough for them.. there must be indoor rain too.

its actually easier to communicate with nursery and kidergarden kids than pri sch ones.

kids like to tell strangers about them and everything else. i had some telling me about their pets and day at school. LOL
kids fight over anything and everything, even if its just a brochure.

its a proven fact that girls are more hygienic than boys. little girls wash hands.. the boys dont. -.-
